Download and install iTerm 2. ITerm is a terminal emulator for Mac and has lot of features. Cross-Platform VT100 Terminal Emulator. VanDyke Software's VT100 terminal emulator is available for most major platforms—Windows, Mac, and Linux. No matter which operating system your local machine is running, SecureCRT supports remote access, terminal emulation, and the host of session management features to make work more efficient. #628 I have not used coolterm on the mac (haven't used a mac in years), but coolterm on windows is a great terminal program (and I have used many emulators and a few vt100s in the last 35 or so years). Do you have a problem with the usb-serial cable driver perhaps? I have had the best luck with ftdi-based cables, but have also used prolific versions. I also use beagle-term on a chromebook; not too refined but handy and the chromebook recognizes the cable with no driver needed. Now I am also bringing my first linux-mint system to life, so will need to find a terminal-emulator/driver for that too. gil From: 'Neal Aguillard via groups.io' <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [TinyTrak] Terminal emulation program for Mac KN4USN > On Dec 6, 2020, at 7:52 PM, Neal Aguillard via groups.io <[email protected]> wrote: > I have an older MacBook Air.
